Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation on screen with your order ID. If a product turns out to be unavailable we will contact you and cancel or refund that item.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged at checkout and shown before you place the order. Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method; card payment will be added once our payment provider is live.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by our courier partner, normally within 3-5 business days of confirmation. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — weather, public holidays and courier delays can add time. You can follow your parcel on the order tracking page at any point.

Product information

Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication or managing a health condition, speak to your doctor before starting a supplement.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Reviews and comments

Anything you post — reviews, comments — should be your own honest experience. We read submissions before they appear and may decline anything abusive, misleading or unrelated.

Changes

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The date above always shows when they were last revised.
